AI Lead Matching

AI Lead Matching (Pro) finds Facebook group posts that match your plain-language description of a good lead, even when they do not contain your keywords.

Keywords only catch posts that use your exact words. AI Lead Matching reads the meaning of each post and flags the ones that match a description you write in plain language — for example "A homeowner asking for a recommendation for a local plumber or reporting a leak they need fixed."

AI Lead Matching is included with Pro.

Add an AI criterion

Go to Settings → AI Settings.

  1. Click + Add criterion.
  2. Give it a short Label (for example Plumbing request). The label is shown on matching posts.
  3. Write a Description of the posts you want (up to 2,000 characters).
  4. Click Save AI settings.

You can add many criteria — one per type of lead or service.

Writing a good description

  • Describe who is posting and what they need: "Someone asking for a recommendation for a wedding photographer in or near Denver."
  • Say what to exclude: "Not photographers advertising their own services, not job offers."
  • Be specific about location or budget if it matters.
  • Keep one intent per criterion.

Where AI matches appear

  • The AI Matches tab lists posts matched by AI.
  • Each matching post shows its AI label.
  • Turn on Show AI reasoning to see a short explanation of why the post matched — useful to refine your description.

Keywords and AI together

Use keywords for precise terms and AI criteria for broader buying signals. Posts that contain a negative keyword are never sent to AI, so your exclusions apply to both.

Fair use

AI matching has a generous daily limit per account. If it is reached, keyword matching keeps working and pending posts are checked by AI after the daily reset (midnight UTC).
