Find Prospects Now Export to Excel
Download your Facebook group leads from Find Prospects Now as an Excel spreadsheet with author, group, date, post text, link, keywords, AI labels and status.
Click Export to Excel above the post list to download your leads as an .xlsx file — handy for importing into a CRM, sharing with a team or keeping records.
What is exported
The export uses the current tab and filters. For example, open Saved, choose a group, then export only those posts.
- Up to 10,000 posts per export.
- File name:
find-prospects-{tab}-{date}.xlsx, sheet Prospects. - Not available on the Hidden tab.
Columns

| Status | Saved, Seen or New. |
