Find Prospects Now Setup wizard
The Find Prospects Now setup wizard connects the extension, imports your Facebook groups, suggests keywords for your profession and configures AI matching on Pro.
After you choose a plan, the setup wizard at /onboarding configures your monitoring in 5 steps (6 on Pro). You can go back to any step, and your progress is saved.
1. Install and connect the Chrome extension
Install the extension, sign in and connect Facebook (guide). The wizard shows Waiting for your extension to connect… and then Extension installed and Facebook connected.
Not at your computer? Click Set up later to open the dashboard now and finish setup later.
2. Choose the groups to monitor
Your Facebook groups are imported automatically. Search and tick the groups to monitor. The counter shows how many your plan allows (10 on Plus, 50 on Pro). Use Refresh groups if a group you just joined is missing. If you use several Facebook accounts, pick the account first. See Facebook groups.
3. Choose your profession
Pick your profession so Find Prospects Now can suggest keywords and an AI prompt. Choices include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, roofing, solar, painting, handyman, general contractor, junk removal, moving, auto detailing, mobile mechanic, pressure washing, dumpster rental, pool service, realtor, property developer, property management, marketing agency, web and software, legal, financial and accounting, e-commerce, insurance broker, SaaS founder and affiliate marketer — or Other with your own description.
4. Choose your positive keywords
Review the suggested keywords: the words and phrases people use when they need you. Add your own, remove what does not fit. You can paste several keywords at once. See Keywords.
5. Exclude unwanted posts
Add negative keywords. Any post containing one is ignored — for example "hiring", "for sale" or your competitors' names.
6. Set up AI matching (Pro)
Review the suggested AI prompt that describes the posts you want, edit it and add up to three criteria. See AI Lead Matching.
Finishing
To finish you need a connected Facebook account, a profession, at least one group and at least one positive keyword. Click Go to dashboard →.
Finishing setup does not start a scan by itself. Click Run scan now or wait for the first scheduled scan.
Until setup is finished, the dashboard shows Finish setting up your monitoring and the groups, keywords and AI settings stay locked.
