Hide users
Hide Facebook users whose posts you never want to see in Find Prospects Now, review hidden people, unhide them, and unhide them automatically after a set time.
Some people post constantly in your groups but are never prospects — competitors, spammers, group admins, other vendors. Hide this user removes them from your lead feed.
Hide someone
On a post card, open the ⋮ menu and choose Hide this user.
- All posts from that person, now and in the future, disappear from All and New.
- Hiding applies to all your Facebook accounts.
- Their existing posts are marked as seen.
You can also hide many people at once with Mark all as seen.
The Hidden tab
The Hidden tab lists the people you hid, newest first. Each entry shows when they were hidden and how many of their posts from the last 14 days are in your history.
- Search hidden users by name… to find someone.
- View posts to see what they posted.
- Unhide to bring them back. Their old posts stay marked as seen.
Unhide automatically
In Settings → Scan Settings → Hidden users, choose Automatically unhide users after: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or Never (default).
Before you save, Find Prospects Now tells you how many people will be unhidden right away. After that, people are unhidden automatically when their hide reaches the chosen age.
Limit
You can hide up to 30,000 people. When you reach the limit, a dialog offers to unhide the 5,000 oldest so you can keep hiding new people.
