Packs are billed with your current subscription and follow its cadence.
Add or remove packs
- Go to Upgrades in the dashboard.
- On 5 Extra Groups, set Total packs.
- Review the confirmation: Total groups after payment, Recurring pack total and Due today, then Confirm and pay.
- Adding packs is prorated until your next renewal and takes effect as soon as payment succeeds.
- Removing packs takes effect at your next renewal; you keep the groups you already paid for until then. Groups above your new limit are paused, not deleted.
- A scheduled removal can be cancelled with Cancel scheduled change.
If your bank asks for extra verification, click Complete payment ↗, then Check payment status.
