Terms of Use

1. Operator, service, and acceptance

• Service covered: Find Prospects Now.

These terms apply to the Find Prospects Now website, account dashboard, Chrome extension, and related features (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. The Service

Find Prospects Now helps users monitor selected Facebook groups and identify posts that match keywords or user-defined criteria. Results may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on them. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• break any law, regulation, platform rule or third-party right;
• harass, discriminate against, profile or harm another person;
• collect sensitive information without a lawful basis;
• send spam or conduct deceptive, fraudulent or abusive activity;
• bypass access controls, usage limits or security measures;
• reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except where law permits it;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. Facebook and third-party services

Find Prospects Now is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta or Facebook. Your use of Facebook, Google, Paddle, Chrome and other third-party services remains subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make to their platforms.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle at the price and billing interval shown when you subscribe. If you choose the 7-day trial, a payment method is required and the monthly Plus subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Plans without a trial start immediately. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically. You can update your payment method or request cancellation from the dashboard. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period unless Paddle shows otherwise. Refund eligibility and requests are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Find Prospects Now or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account remains in good standing.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts due. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Prospects Now will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and contact
