Terms of Use

1. Operator, service, and acceptance

These terms apply to the Find Prospects Now website, account dashboard, Chrome extension, optional ChatGPT connection, and related features (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. The Service

Find Prospects Now helps users monitor selected Facebook groups and identify posts that match keywords or user-defined criteria. Results may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on them. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• break any law, regulation, platform rule or third-party right;
• harass, discriminate against, profile or harm another person;
• collect sensitive information without a lawful basis;
• send spam or conduct deceptive, fraudulent or abusive activity;
• bypass access controls, usage limits or security measures;
• reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except where law permits it;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. Facebook and third-party services

Find Prospects Now is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta or Facebook. Your use of Facebook, Google, OpenAI, Stripe, Chrome and other third-party services remains subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make to their platforms.

The ChatGPT connection is coming soon. Access is optional and limited to the Find Prospects Now account you connect. Supported changes require your approval. Deleting leads, Unsave, resets and keyword or AI criteria deletion are unavailable. You can revoke access anytime. OpenAI's terms and privacy policy apply.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the price and billing interval shown when you subscribe. If you choose the 7-day trial, a payment method is required. Any initial trial charge is shown at checkout, and the Plus subscription starts automatically at the price and monthly or annual billing interval you selected when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Plans without a trial start immediately. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically. You can update your payment method or request cancellation from the dashboard. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period unless Stripe shows otherwise. Refund eligibility and requests are described in our Refund Policy.

Because we incur upfront system costs for each billing period, fees already charged are generally non-refundable. Any refund we grant is an exception made at our sole discretion and does not create a right to future refunds.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Find Prospects Now or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account remains in good standing.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts due. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Prospects Now will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Affiliate program

Participation requires an approved application and acceptance of these terms. Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link and may customise its name in their affiliate dashboard. Referrals are attributed to the first approved affiliate link visited within a 60-day cookie window. Tracking depends on the visitor's browser accepting and retaining that cookie; an existing customer or a self-referral is not eligible.

Affiliates earn 30% of eligible recurring subscription payments for each referred customer's first 12 paid service months. Commissions use amounts actually paid, after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, disputed amounts, one-time charges and Done For You (DFY) plans. Subscription prices may vary; commissions are calculated from the actual eligible payment. An annual payment covers 12 service months, and prorated payments do not create extra months of eligibility.

Commissions have a 30-day holding period. Amounts whose hold ended before the start of a month are included in that month's payout review. Payouts are reviewed monthly and sent by bank transfer using details coordinated through the affiliate's payout contact email. We support payouts only in US dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP), and euros (EUR). Payouts in other currencies are not supported. Affiliates must provide accurate payout information, and each currency is accounted for separately.

We review refund and dispute cases individually. Refunded amounts and unresolved or lost disputes are excluded from commissions. If the affected commission has already been paid, it is deducted from future earnings. Repeated or excessive refunds or disputes involving an affiliate's referrals may lead to suspension of their affiliate account following a case-by-case review.

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission when promoting the Service, make accurate claims and avoid spam, misleading promotions, self-referrals or attempts to manipulate tracking. We may suspend participation for violations and void commissions arising from prohibited activity, with a recorded reason. Affiliate dashboard access does not include a paid product subscription. 11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@findprospectsnow.com.
