How does Find Prospects Now work?
Install the Chrome extension, choose the Facebook groups you already follow, then add keywords or describe the type of conversation you want to find with an AI criterion.
Find Prospects Now scans new posts, gathers the relevant matches in one dashboard, and lets you open the original Facebook conversation when you are ready to respond.
Can I monitor private Facebook groups?
Yes, provided the Facebook account signed into your Chrome profile is already a member and can normally view the group and its posts.
Find Prospects Now never bypasses Facebook permissions and cannot unlock groups or content your account is not authorised to access.
Do I need to share my Facebook login details to monitor groups?
No. Find Prospects Now never asks for or receives your Facebook password. The extension uses the Facebook session that is already active in your Chrome profile.
It can only monitor groups and posts that your signed-in Facebook account is already authorised to view.
Do I need to keep the extension open?
No. Once your monitoring schedule is configured, you do not need to leave the dashboard or extension popup open.
Chrome must remain running, the extension must stay installed, and your Facebook session must be active so scheduled scans can continue.
How is this different from Facebook Ads?
Facebook Ads place paid messages in front of an audience. Find Prospects Now listens for organic conversations where someone is already expressing a need, asking for advice, or looking for a recommendation.
It does not publish, comment, or message anyone on your behalf—you decide which conversations deserve a personal response.
How is AI Lead Matching different from keywords?
Keywords are ideal when you know the exact words or phrases people are likely to use. AI Lead Matching looks at the meaning and intent of a post, even when your exact keyword is missing.
You can use both together: keywords for precise monitoring and AI criteria for broader, more natural buying signals.
Can I monitor my brand reputation?
Yes. Add your brand, product, or competitor names as keywords, or create an AI criterion describing the mentions and feedback that matter to you.
Relevant posts from your selected groups are collected in the dashboard so you can review the conversation while it is still current.
What integrations do you support via webhooks?
You can send matched-post details to Slack, Discord, an automation platform, or another endpoint that accepts webhooks.
Webhook delivery is queued securely with automatic retries. Plus supports one active destination and Pro supports five.
How often does the system scan for leads?
You can schedule recurring scans every hour or choose a two-, three-, four-, five-, or six-hour interval, depending on how closely you want to monitor your groups.
You can also launch a manual scan whenever you want to check for fresh conversations immediately.
What notification channels do you support?
Find Prospects Now supports local Chrome notifications and user-configured webhook alerts when a new match is found.
Webhooks can deliver results to Slack, Discord, or another URL you control, while each notification channel can be managed from the extension settings.
Does Find Prospects Now collect my data?
Find Prospects Now processes only the information needed to provide and secure the service. Monitoring preferences and matched posts are primarily stored locally in your Chrome extension, while our servers keep account, subscription, aggregate usage, and delivery records.
Relevant post content is sent for processing only when you use AI Matching or a webhook. We do not sell your personal information or use Facebook data for advertising.
