Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Find Prospects Now subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

2. Payment processing

KERNL LIMITED operates Find Prospects Now and is responsible for the subscriptions it sells. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Find Prospects Now does not store full payment-card details.

3. Refund eligibility

Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by KERNL LIMITED, subscription payments are non-refundable. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. We assess requests based on the circumstances of the purchase, use of the Service and applicable law.

4. Trials, renewals and cancellation

Eligible Plus customers may start a 7-day trial under the terms and any upfront price displayed by Stripe. A payment method is required, and the trial converts to a paid Plus subscription at the monthly or annual price displayed at checkout unless it is cancelled before the trial ends. Plans without a trial start immediately. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled.

You can request cancellation from your Find Prospects Now account or Stripe billing portal, including after trial access has ended. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send the email address used for the purchase, the approximate payment date and the reason for the request to contact@findprospectsnow.com. For a technical or product-access issue, please include enough detail for us to investigate. Contacting us does not reduce any mandatory refund or withdrawal right.

6. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and, where possible, returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Stripe, your bank and your payment method. Access connected to a refunded purchase may be suspended or ended.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service, our payment processing arrangements or applicable law. We will update the date above when changes are made. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@findprospectsnow.com.
