# Scan status messages

> What each Next scan message in the Find Prospects Now dashboard and extension means, and what to do about it.

The **Next scan** line in the dashboard and the extension tells you whether scans will run.

| Message | Meaning | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Next scan:** followed by a date | All good. A scan is planned. | Nothing. |
| **Manual scans only** | Your frequency is set to *only manual scan*. | Click **Run scan now**, or pick a frequency in [Scan settings](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/scanning/scan-schedule). |
| **Choose groups to monitor** | No group is selected for this Facebook account. | Select groups in **Settings → Facebook Groups**. |
| **Facebook account not in your plan** | Your plan's Facebook account limit is already used by your other accounts. | Remove an account in **Settings → Facebook Groups**, or upgrade to Pro. See [Multiple Facebook accounts](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/monitoring/multiple-facebook-accounts). |
| **Waiting for a scheduler computer** | No computer has picked up the schedule yet. | Open Chrome on a computer with the extension signed in. |
| **Scheduler computer unavailable** | The scheduler computer is offline. | Wake the computer and open Chrome, or open the extension on another computer — it takes over automatically. |
| **Switching to a connected computer…** | The previous scheduler disconnected; another computer is taking over. | Wait a few minutes. |
| **Facebook is disconnected on the scheduler computer** / **Please connect Facebook** | Facebook is logged out in that Chrome profile. | Log in to Facebook in Chrome. |
| **Scheduler computer is still setting up** | The extension is finishing its first sync. | Keep Chrome open a moment. |
| **Finish setup on your dashboard** | Setup is not complete. | Finish the [setup wizard](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/getting-started/onboarding). |
| **Active subscription required** | Your plan is inactive or a payment failed. | Check **Account**. See [Manage your subscription](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/billing/manage-subscription). |
| **No scheduled scan for this Facebook account** | The scheduler computer is logged in to a different Facebook account. | Log in to this account on the scheduler, or run a manual scan. |
| **Cannot verify the schedule. Reconnecting…** | A temporary connection problem. | Wait; it retries automatically. |

## Dashboard connection status

- **Extension connected** — a computer with the extension is online.
- **Computer unavailable** — no computer is online; scheduled and manual scans wait.
