# Email notifications

> Get a daily Find Prospects Now email at the hour you choose with the number of scans, posts scanned and leads found in the last 24 hours. No scans, no email.

Get an email when scans ran in the last 24 hours, with posts scanned and leads found. **No scans, no email.**

## Turn it on

1. Go to **Settings → Notifications**.
2. Turn on **Email notifications**.
3. Choose **Send at** — the hour you want to receive it (6:00 PM by default). It uses your local time zone, shown under the field.
4. Click **Save notifications**.

The first email arrives at the next send time, never immediately.

## What the email contains

The subject reads like *You ran 12 scans in the last 24 hours*. Inside:

| Counter | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Scans** | Scans that ran in the 24 hours before the send time. |
| **Posts scanned** | Posts checked by those scans. |
| **Leads found** | New matching posts. |

A **See your results** button opens your dashboard, and **Manage notifications** takes you back to the setting.

## Good to know

- The email goes to your account email address.
- If no scan ran in the last 24 hours (for example, your computer was off), no email is sent — so a missing email is a sign to check your [scan status](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/scanning/scan-status-messages).
- Change the hour or turn the email off anytime in the same place.
