# Multiple Facebook accounts

> Monitor Facebook groups from up to 3 Facebook accounts on Pro with one Find Prospects Now subscription and review all their leads in one combined feed.

You can use Find Prospects Now with more than one Facebook account — for example a personal account and a business account that belong to different groups.

Each account has its own groups (up to 50 each on Pro). Only one scan runs at a time, using the account logged in to Chrome.

## How it works

- Each Facebook account has **its own group selection**. Your plan's group limit applies to each account.
- **Keywords, AI criteria, scan settings and hidden users are shared** by all your Facebook accounts.
- The dashboard shows **one combined feed** of leads from all accounts. The **All groups** filter lists groups from every account.

## Add another account

1. In Chrome, log out of Facebook and log in with the other account (or use it in a Chrome profile where the extension is installed).
2. The dashboard shows **New Facebook account detected** and imports its groups.
3. The first time, its selection is pre-filled with groups you already monitor on your other accounts, when it is a member of them. Adjust it under **Settings → Facebook Groups**, or click **Choose groups**.

Scans use the Facebook account that is logged in on the computer running them. Scheduled scans follow the account logged in on your [scheduler computer](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/scanning/scheduler-computer); for another account, run a manual scan while that account is logged in.

## Account limit

Settings → Facebook Groups lists your Facebook accounts and how many your plan uses (for example **3/3 used**). Accounts keep their place in the order you first selected groups on them.

When an account is over your plan's limit:

- Its groups show **Paused: this Facebook account is not in your plan** and are not scanned. Nothing is deleted.
- The dashboard shows **Next scan: Facebook account not in your plan** and a **Manage accounts** button.
- To use it, click **Remove** next to another account in Settings → Facebook Groups. This stops monitoring that account's groups (its posts and Saved posts are kept) and frees its place. On Plus, you can also [upgrade to Pro](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/billing/upgrade-to-pro) for up to 3 accounts.

If you move from Pro to Plus, only your first account stays active; the others are paused and come back when you upgrade again.

## Good to know

- Switching Facebook accounts in Chrome stops a running scan.
- Mark all as seen and hidden users apply to all accounts.
