# ChatGPT connection

> Connect Find Prospects Now to ChatGPT to search your Facebook group leads, read and qualify posts, draft replies, and approve changes to your review queue and monitoring.

Connect your Find Prospects Now account to ChatGPT and work with your leads in a conversation: *"Find my newest New posts about kitchen installation and summarize them in a table."*

## What ChatGPT can do

**With read access:**

- Search your leads by state (New, Saved), group, Facebook account or phrase.
- Read the full text of selected posts and qualify them (location, timing, missing details).
- Read your groups, keywords, AI criteria and hidden users.
- Draft a reply for you to post yourself.

**With "Allow changes that I approve in ChatGPT":**

- Mark posts seen or new, save posts, hide or unhide authors.
- Add or edit keywords and AI criteria, change supported settings, select or deselect groups.
- Request **Run scan now** and check its progress.

Every change is **prepared first and applied only after you approve it**. ChatGPT cannot delete posts or keywords, and it never posts, comments or messages anyone on Facebook.

## Connect

1. Make sure your Find Prospects Now plan is active and setup is complete.
2. Open [findprospectsnow.com/chatgpt](https://findprospectsnow.com/chatgpt) to see your connection status and the connection URL.
3. In ChatGPT, add Find Prospects Now (or a custom connection with that URL).
4. Sign in to Find Prospects Now and choose your permission: leave **Allow changes that I approve in ChatGPT** unchecked for read-only access, or check it to allow approved changes.
5. Click **Allow connection**, then ask ChatGPT *"Which Find Prospects Now account am I connected to?"*

ChatGPT's settings and plugin availability depend on your ChatGPT plan and workspace.

## Example prompts

- *"Show my 10 newest New leads with group, date and a one-line summary."*
- *"Read the full posts for these five requests and put service fit, location and timing in a table."*
- *"Prepare saving these three requests and marking the others as seen. Wait for my approval."*
- *"Read my keywords and suggest three buying phrases I am missing for pool cleaning."*
- *"Draft a short public reply to this post that says I run a local cleaning company and asks which area they are in."*

## Review and undo

Approved changes appear in the **Review history** on the [ChatGPT page](https://findprospectsnow.com/chatgpt), where you can **Undo** a change. A suggestion not approved within 24 hours expires.

Reading posts through ChatGPT does not mark them as seen.

## Disconnect

Click **Disconnect ChatGPT** on the ChatGPT page. Access stops immediately.
