# Privacy and security

> How Find Prospects Now handles your Facebook access and data — no Facebook password, only groups you can see, encrypted lead history, 14-day retention and no data selling.

## Your Facebook account

- Find Prospects Now **never asks for your Facebook password**. The extension works with the session already open in your Chrome profile.
- It can only read groups and posts your account can already see.
- It **never posts, comments, reacts or messages** on your behalf.

## What is stored

Posts that do not match your keywords or criteria are not kept.

## Who sees your data

- Only you, through your signed-in account.
- On Pro, post text is analyzed by an AI service to apply your AI criteria. Posts excluded by a negative keyword are never sent.
- Webhooks send lead details to the destinations **you** configure.
- The ChatGPT connection only works after you authorize it, and you can disconnect at any time.

Find Prospects Now does not sell your personal information or use Facebook data for advertising.

## Deleting your data

Delete individual posts from the dashboard, or delete your whole account in **Account → Delete my account**.
