# Requirements

> What you need to run Find Prospects Now — desktop Google Chrome, a Facebook account that has joined your groups, and a computer that stays awake for scheduled scans.

## To scan

| Requirement | Why |
| --- | --- |
| **Desktop Google Chrome** (version 109 or later) on Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS | Scans run in the Find Prospects Now Chrome extension. |
| **A Facebook account logged in to that Chrome profile** | The extension reads groups with your own Facebook session. You never share your password. |
| **Membership in the groups** | Only groups your Facebook account can already view can be monitored, public or private. |
| **Computer awake and Chrome running** | Scheduled scans only run while Chrome is open on a computer that is not asleep. |
| **An active plan** and **completed setup** | Scans start once your plan is active and the setup wizard is finished. |

> **Keep your computer awake:** If your computer sleeps or Chrome is closed, scheduled scans wait until it is back. Adjust your power settings if you want scans to run while you are away. ## To review leads

The dashboard works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone. You can even start a scan from your phone, as long as a computer with the extension is online.

## Not supported

- Mobile browsers and the Facebook app cannot run scans.
- Browsers other than Google Chrome are not officially supported.
- Groups you have not joined, or that hide posts from your account, cannot be monitored.
