# Review leads

> How to review a matching Facebook post in Find Prospects Now — mark it as seen or new, save it, delete it, see why it matched and open it on Facebook.

Every matching post appears as a card in the dashboard. A card shows:

- The author's name and profile picture, the group, and when it was posted ("Posted on Austin Homeowners | 2 hours ago").
- A **Last scan** badge when the post was found by your most recent scan.
- The post text, with your matched keywords **highlighted**. Long posts have **Read more**.
- Chips for the keywords and AI labels that matched.
- **AI reasoning** (Pro) — a short explanation of why the AI considered the post a match.

## Actions on a post

| Action | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **New / Seen badge** | Click to **Mark as seen** or **Mark as new**. |
| **Save** | Keeps the post in the **Saved** tab with no time limit. Saving also marks it as seen. |
| **Delete** | Removes the post everywhere, including Saved. This cannot be undone. |
| **View on Facebook →** | Opens the original post so you can reply. |
| **⋮ → Hide this user** | Hides this person and all their posts. See [Hide users](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/dashboard/hide-users). |

Most actions show a confirmation with **Undo** for a few seconds.

> **Note:** A post that is Saved or Hidden always counts as seen, so **Mark as new** is not available for it.

## Actions directly on Facebook

When you open a matched post on Facebook, a small Find Prospects Now card appears on the page (you can drag it out of the way or close it). From there you can **Mark as seen / Mark as new** and **Hide this user / Unhide this user** without going back to the dashboard. When you return to the dashboard, a **Post actions** card offers the same choices.

## A simple daily routine

1. Open the **New** tab.
2. For each post, decide: reply now (**View on Facebook**), keep for later (**Save**), or skip (**Mark as seen**).
3. Hide people who are never prospects — competitors, spammers, group admins posting rules.
4. When you are done, use [Mark all as seen](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/dashboard/mark-all-seen) to clear the rest.
