# Mark all as seen

> Clear your New tab in one click with Mark all as seen, and optionally hide the authors of those posts at the same time.

**Mark all as seen** marks every New post as seen in one click — useful after you have replied to the posts that mattered.

1. Click **Mark all as seen**.
2. In the **Mark all as seen?** dialog, confirm.

It covers the New posts of all your Facebook accounts that are present when you click. Posts found by a scan that finishes afterwards stay New.

## Also hide the authors

The dialog has an optional checkbox: **Also hide the users who wrote these posts**. When checked, every author of those posts is hidden as well, so their future posts never appear in New. It is unchecked each time you open the dialog.
