# Export to Excel

> Download your Facebook group leads from Find Prospects Now as an Excel spreadsheet with author, group, date, post text, link, keywords, AI labels and status.

Click **Export to Excel** above the post list to download your leads as an `.xlsx` file — handy for importing into a CRM, sharing with a team or keeping records.

## What is exported

The export uses the **current tab and filters**. For example, open **Saved**, choose a group, then export only those posts.

- Up to **10,000 posts** per export.
- File name: `find-prospects-{tab}-{date}.xlsx`, sheet **Prospects**.
- Not available on the **Hidden** tab.

## Columns

| Column | Content |
| --- | --- |
| Author | Name of the person who posted. |
| Group | Facebook group the post came from. |
| Published | When it was posted. |
| Post | Full post text. |
| Facebook URL | Link to the original post. |
| Keywords | Keywords that matched. |
| AI labels | AI criteria that matched (Pro). |
| AI reasoning | Why the AI considered it a match (Pro). |
| Status | Saved, Seen or New. |
