# How long leads are kept

> Find Prospects Now keeps matching posts for 14 days and Saved posts until you remove them. Learn the history limits and how to keep a lead longer.

| What | How long |
| --- | --- |
| Matching posts (All, New, AI Matches) | **14 days** after they were first found. |
| Saved posts | **Until you unsave or delete them**, up to 10,000 Saved posts. |
| Author profile pictures | A short time; after that the author's initials are shown. |
| Hidden users | Until you unhide them, or automatically after the period you choose. |

Your history keeps up to 10,000 recent matching posts. If you go over, the oldest are removed first. Saved posts are counted separately and never removed by this limit.

## Keep a lead longer

- **Save** it — Saved posts have no time limit.
- **Export** it — see [Export to Excel](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/dashboard/export-to-excel).
- **Send it out automatically** — a [webhook](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/notifications/webhooks) can push every new lead to your CRM, a spreadsheet or Slack.

## Deleting

**Delete** on a post removes it everywhere, including Saved, and cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes all your data. See [Manage your subscription](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/billing/manage-subscription).
