# Dashboard overview

> The Find Prospects Now dashboard collects every Facebook group post that matches your keywords or AI criteria, with tabs for New, Saved, AI Matches and Hidden leads.

The dashboard at [findprospectsnow.com/dashboard](https://findprospectsnow.com/dashboard) is where you review leads and configure monitoring. It works in any browser, on desktop or mobile — only scanning needs desktop Chrome.

## Layout

The sidebar has four sections:

| Section | What it is for |
| --- | --- |
| **Dashboard** | Your leads: stats, tabs, search, filters and post cards. |
| **Settings** | Facebook groups, keywords, AI settings (Pro), scan settings and notifications. |
| **Upgrades** | Upgrade to Pro and add extra group packs. |
| **Account** | Plan, billing, payment method, cancellation and account deletion. |

The bottom of the sidebar shows your plan (PLUS, PRO or NO PLAN), your email, a link to download the Chrome extension and **Sign out**.

## Stats

Four cards sit at the top of the dashboard:

- **Posts Found** — all matching posts currently in your history.
- **New prospects** — posts you have not marked as seen yet.
- **Groups Monitored** — active groups across your Facebook accounts.
- **Criteria Monitored** — your keywords plus AI criteria.

Clicking a card takes you to the matching list or setting.

## Tabs

| Tab | Shows |
| --- | --- |
| **All** | Every matching post. |
| **New** | Posts you have not reviewed yet. |
| **AI Matches** | Posts matched by an AI criterion (Pro). |
| **Saved** | Posts you saved. Saved posts are kept until you remove them. |
| **Hidden** | People you hid, with their recent posts. See [Hide users](https://findprospectsnow.com/docs/dashboard/hide-users). |

Each tab shows a count. Posts are listed newest first, 10 per page.

## Status indicators

The header tells you whether everything is in sync:

- **Synced / Syncing** — your actions are saved to your account.
- **Offline — changes pending** — you lost connection; your clicks are kept and sent when you reconnect.
- **Retrying…** — a temporary problem; Find Prospects Now retries automatically.
- **Extension connected** or **Computer unavailable** — whether a computer with the extension is online to run scans.

## Language

The dashboard is available in English, French and Spanish and follows the language chosen in your settings.

## Changes sync everywhere

Seen/New, Saved and Hidden states are stored in your account, so they are the same in every browser tab, on your phone and in the Chrome extension.
